The coaching process in this meditation is especially meaningful to me. It helped me to reflect on where I could put more effort into achieving my goals, as well as where I could lighten up and not push myself so hard. The time frame concept is also very helpful.
Guided Meditation on Impermanence
I believe this is my best meditation to date. It has a fun story with great music and pictures. In this guided meditation for impermanence, you will visit Arches National Park, where you will meet a mysterious stranger who will help you to appreciate impermanence.
This meditation is based on an actual experience that I had when I was in my early forties. The shaman was my higher self. The lizard was a real lizard.
