Then you will speak from the voice of the Protector and set boundaries with an affirmative phrase. The Protector is one of the most important voices to develop if you want to hold your boundaries with confidence and clarity. 15 minutes.

Guided Meditation for Codependency Healing
In this codependency meditation, we visualize a lighthouse standing tall and strong on a hill above the sea. We contemplate the purpose of the lighthouse and how it guides the ships to safety.
This meditation increases our self-confidence and helps us overcome codependency. We learn how to stand firm in our own energy as an example to others, especially when acting as a guide or teacher. This is very important for empaths and energy-sensitive people.

You will practice creative visualization, breathwork, and affirmations for codependency. This is a very relaxing meditation with beautiful music. It is based on an actual experience I had at Mirror Lake in the Uintah mountains. 15 minutes.

Guided Meditation for Saying No
This guided meditation for saying no will help you to set boundaries by practicing saying no. You will learn how to say no in different ways with peaceful energy. It took me a year to learn how to do this with daily practice and self-observation. I put what I learned during that year into this 15 minute meditation.
The peaceful music will help you to stay calm and centered as you visualize different scenarios and practice saying no.
Codependency Meditation (Guided Imagery)
In this codependency meditation, you will learn how creativity can help you overcome codependency. You will visit a tropical island where you will practice using creativity to heal your codependent relationships. You will also learn about the purpose of anger and how it can be used to transform your relationships.
With a faster pace, upbeat music, and motivational ideas, this is a great morning meditation.
